Vanilla Infused Honey

Our Pure Vanilla Honey provides a rich and flavorful alternative to our pure honey, adding a vanilla flavor that will enhance your coffee, tea or dessert. Made in-house with honey from our apiary,  our vanilla extract that has been aged over 1 year, and our Madagascar Vanilla beans—all processed in house in small batches. We lightly toast the beans to elevate the flavors before scraping the vanilla pods into our honey. We let our batch infuse for 30 days before bottling. This is the very finest of infused raw vanilla bean honey. Each jar contains one whole organic vanilla bean that is aged and perfectly incorporated in our raw honey. This is perfect for drizzling over oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, and ice cream. Also try this in your favorite tea or coffee.
 
Pancake or waffle topping
Whip it up with some butter and put on toast
Take a teaspoon for a scratchy throat or oncoming cold
Over hot oatmeal or any hot grain cereal
Drizzle over ice cream 
 
Our raw unpasteurized honey is as it exists in the beehive and comes from the meadows of Tyendinaga Township, Ontario.
