At BEEotch Barn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will do our best to make it right. We accept returns and exchanges on all our products, except for perishable items. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
