Simply install in sunny space anywhere in your flower garden. Fill the well with sand, mix in a pinch of salt, and pour water over it until a puddle form on the surface. As the water evaporates, it leaves behind valuable salts and minerals that butterflies need. Once butterflies know where to find these minerals, they'll return regularly.
 
Simply clean out your Puddling Flower with a cloth and flip it over so no water or snow can settle inside of the flower during the cold months or place it in the dishwasher to clean and pack it away in the early Fall to keep it protected from the cold elements .
