Honeycomb, Pure and Raw
This golden nectar is one of nature’s many sacred gifts, it has a way of showcasing the unique terroir of the environment where it was made and capturing the healing essence of the summer sun. It's the most raw form of honey that has a mild flavour, light colour, and a delicious sweetness.
Honeycomb is completely edible including the beeswax and can be enjoyed by the spoonful. It is so good on slices of apple and pears, on warm fresh from the oven bread, or as a garnish on salads.
If you are entertainers, then honeycomb is a show stopper and will take your charcuterie board to the next level! Honeycomb pairs beeutifully with an assortment of cured meats, cheeses, crackers and fruits.
Our raw unpasteurized honey is as it exists in the beehive and comes from the meadows of Tyendinaga Township, Ontario.
