Yard Party Mix was built to bring variety, balance, and excitement to your backyard feeders, with a thoughtful mix of high-quality seeds birds actually want.
 
Every ingredient plays a role in attracting a wider range of feathered guests, from cardinals and chickadees to doves, jays, and everything in between.
 
What’s inside — and why it matters:
Black Oil Sunflower – The go-to seed for a reason. It’s rich in fat, easy to open, and beloved by almost every backyard bird, from finches to woodpeckers.
Peanut Pieces – A high-energy favorite that keeps birds fueled and coming back for more. Jays, nuthatches, and woodpeckers especially love them.
Striped Sunflower – A little extra crunch for the bigger beaks. It encourages visits from grosbeaks and jays, while adding diversity in size and shell thickness to the mix.
White Millet – Small but mighty. Millet supports a variety of ground-feeding birds like sparrows, doves, and juncos. We include just the right amount to keep things balanced enough to welcome these species without overwhelming the mix.
Safflower – A songbird staple. Cardinals love it, and squirrels usually don’t bother. It’s a smart, high-nutrition addition that rounds out the blend beautifully.
